Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or order values from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address/contact number, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • a package with missing items

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any shipping-related claim.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
