Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

  • Missing items in the package

  • Major manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

The unboxing video is compulsory for any return, refund, or damage claim.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package before opening

  • Be continuous and unedited

  • Clearly display the issue/damage/wrong product

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Product Condition for Returns

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Have original tags and packaging intact

  • Be in original condition

Products that show signs of usage, perfume, stains, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Products without unboxing video proof

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided at our discretion.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
